Main Street, South Bend, Indiana 46601 (On Election Day, enter the Lafayette door entrance to the St . Joseph County Courthouse) OR, St . Joseph County Election Board 101 S Main Street South Bend, IN 46601 Note Voters voting absentee by mail are not required to show photo identification. Vote by Traveling Board Vote by Traveling Board by filling out an absentee ballot application and indicate you would like to have a travel board come to your residence to vote your ballot.
